So I got "conditionally" accepted to Cal Poly, this pretty much means it all comes down to my portfolio to get in, I need 15 color images and 5 black and white. Most my pictures I have aren't posed and are just happening in the element, but i decided to go out this weekend and do some more formal portraiture. Here is what I got.

My roommates are sweet. We thought it be hella funny to make a christmas card so we did. So far i think most people have liked it, I'm going to post it on the director of joshua's myspace soon hahaha.

I've been going off a lot on my own lately. Pretty much every night of the past two weeks I've been sitting on my back porch at three am sitting thinking praying. Half the time i don't even know what I'm thinking but I know its beautiful. I haven't been upset in a long time now, a wave of contentness has washed over me. Its been good. I haven't got much sleep lately, questions are always swirling around in my head. My life may or may not look really different in a few months. Today was good, minus that my tooth fell out in front of a whole bunch of people and chipped. I worked out, went to church and ran into some old friends. I can't wait to come home and see everyone again, i excited thinking about how much this break is going to rule.

The polor express is probably the most visually stunning movie i have ever seen! Its just beautiful, I watched it last night in bed and i didn't want to go to sleep because it was too pretty to take my eyes off of. Someday I hope I take a picture that will do that.

I want to spend some time watching old movies. I really really like the old black and white ones. They are so beautiful because they are so simple. The men actually act like MEN in those films and treat the women like LADIES, as apposed to todays hollywood image of sex and money is all you need.

Sometimes I get really down, but its times like these I really have to think of how thankful I am for everything. I am truly blessed.
