if it's past tense, I think it's pessimism
if it's future, worded I can do better, it's optimism
but that's on the statement alone
if you add in your feelings, it can be anything

thats a sign that you need to take steps to improve. baby steps, with their baby toes.

like a recording studio would be a big improvement.
