Today I went to the gym and worked out but didn't take my vitamins but I took the full 2000mg of met with lunch and waited for the side effects. No vitamin or B-12, just the met. Aside from the stomach issue which is super common with met especially at this high dose, I felt like I was hit again with a brick wall of fatigue. I took a 2 hour nap (

I hope your changing when you take vitamins around helps. If you have time to get blood work done you could see if you need a B12 shot.
Any amount of time spent moving is better than not so you get BIG points for going to the gym!
