vitamin deficiency?

So...Im beginning to suspect I perhaps have a pretty severe vitamin deficiency. I've been taking the vitamins for a couple of days now (maybe 4-ish) and I'm noticing a huge change in my fatigue problem. dude, i hate to sound like a broke record but...

JUICE, BABY, JUICE!!!!

it's freaking amazing! i can seriously breathe all the way down into the very bottom of my lungs. the micro-nutrients flood your vital organs after bypassing your digestive tract. it's incredible. i can't recommend it enough.

Juice generally has to many natural sugars and can mess up your digestion more when in combination of taking Metformin - I totally agree with juice being great for most people though.

i know nothing about metformin. but would fresh juiced veggies be too sugar rich? i know fruits are very sugar rich, but what about leafy greens?

metformin is a drug which is used to treat pcos, the syndrome I have. Though it helps the syndrome it wreaks havoc on your body through side effects. mslivewire is right regarding the fruit sugars and met, haven't thought about leafy greens but to be honest the thought of eating ground leafy greens isn't too exciting. I might give it a go and at least try it if I can see the sugar content in it.
