I miss everyone. I miss myself.
I have a serious crippling fear of failure but not enough will power to make things happen. It's wreaking havoc with my mental state as I fill out applications to Harvard and NYU. I am just sick over these applications. It feels like I'm marching myself up to the guillotine in free will.

Coming in from break during rehearsal, I sat down to Der Rosenkavalier and realized I could not read the music. My eyes, something was wrong with them. Im puttering about, today's my birthday. Things are good, life is fine.

I've so far had an amazing summer. London has been good to me and a surprise birthday present (a plane ticket to Barcelona from friends) allowed me to visit Spain again. Feeling pretty good. Yesterday wasn't so good physically and emotionally but today is much better. I finally reached the nurse regarding the excessive bleeding 4 days after the surgery. They're not sure why it's still excessive, occasional spotting is common but this is much more. I've a prescription for a drug which will stop the bleeding ( Read more... )
