Magnolia's vanilla was pretty good, but their chocolate was the worst thing i've ever had.

French buttercream just includes egg whites right? That's how I prefer to make mine, it's soooo much better.

i don't remember their chocolate but their vanilla is to die for!

i don't know if the buttercream with egg whites is technically french, swiss, or italian. whichever it is, i am sure that it is 100% divine. all buttercreams should have egg white in it. how do you make yours? i really should learn how to do this!

It's basically just egg whites, powdered sugar and butter! I don't have my exact recipe with me, but when I get to it i'll be sure to tell you :)
