tonight is Gregg Allman and Friends at the Alabama. Cole and i are so excited, this is our first concert in over a year. i got the tickets as Cole's Xmas gift, he's so happy about it. he's been on vacation that is week so he finally gotten a chance to really rest since the Xmas rush

not anything other than the city of Hoover has filed a lawsuit against them based on a law that says you can't have "adult" stores within some many feet of churches, schools, or homes. thing is it's not an adult store in the sense they carry more clothing than anything. who knows where it will go from here...this is the state that has an unconstitutional ban against the sell of "sex toys" because they don't promote family values. no item that allows one please him/herself shall be sold here...sex is only for making children and all that. of course there are ways around the law and all that. not sure just how places do it but they do
