You can buy espresso blend and then double brew it. That should be strong enough for tiramisu, which is what I'm assuming you're going to use it for (?) Also, I can't imagine Ithaca not having a gourmet food store that sells marscapone. Isn't there one right along the main drag there, an Italian name? Gerardo's or something? Or am I thinking of some other uber-liberal college town bastion of freedom?

Well there's the local co-op grocery which might have some, and then I think a coffeeshop actually has some too since they sell wine as well. I'm not sure if there's a gourmet foods store though. You'd think I would, but so many local places seem to come and go so fast here, more often than not it's the going. We're not as quaint and folky as we were even 5 years ago when I first came.
Thanks for the coffee tip though! I think it was the old barista in me that was shying away from that in the first place, but at this point, yeah. I'll take anything that cuts down on the amount of running around I have to do.
If you read this as a straight up love-letter and ignore that it's to an inanimage entity (not even an object, but a corporation), it's still really terrifying because there's love, loss, and then zombie threats. Which is to say: heart you.
*shrug* Most of my breakups involved love, loss and zombie threats. But I went running back to him today when I was out of cranberry juice and got the wrong cookies for my tirimisu. Typical Chris. *sigh*
