I am positively obsessed with Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke. My roommate C gave it to me as a Christmas present, and I was finally able to get to it a few days ago. I swiftly pushed for it to become my new book club's first book to discuss but have been unable to slow my pace while my three friends get their copies and begin

I'd heard really good things about that one. Actually, there's a copy (might also be a first edition?) sitting on my bookshelf. Mayhaps I should be queuing it up.
