He's been getting progressively smaller for weeks now. It's very worrying.

Do you think the excessive angst could be causing the growth reduction?

Well I'm told that it's because the mun changed her mind about how old she wanted him to be, so it's not a medical problem. But still, bloody hell, it's pretty fucking scary to wake up one day to discover that your son has halved in size overnight. :S
