I am not quite sure why I am using this thing again, but at the same time, it feels pretty good to get everything out and into words. Things are going...alright. Spring Weekend was pretty fun, but I do think it could have been a lot more fun. I didnt have nearly as good a time on Saturday as I did on Friday and I think alot had to do with the

derek, i honestly think that you are going to be fine. you will figure out what youre going to do with life, you will be offered a job and move somewhere with great nightlife and cool poker bars or something, and youll be making the dough. im always going to care about you and think about you....but life is going to go on for both of us, and thats all i know.

idk why but i read this quote somewhere that makes sense to me. probably not to you, but youll realize it one day im sure:

"If two past lovers remain friends, they are either still in love or they never were at all."

im going away for almost the whole summer, and by next year we are both going to be even more different. i want you to have fun and be happy and love your life, and you know how to do that without me, ive already seen it before.
