Whoa.. where did this week go????
The work week is OVER!!! I'm finally off tomorrow!! YAY!! That means it's beach time!!!!!! : D.. As long as it doesn't rain the plan is for Ben and I to hit the beach after his class gets over @ 10... man i'v been wanting to be out there ALL week!!!!! It's gonna be a fun weekend.. i'm excited! I hate, hate, hate missing stuff like you and Lindsay's b-days, and seeing you dressed up for dances (and helping you sneak out to do stuff...). I wish I lived closer, but then I'd be insane from being too close to Mom, so it's a fair trade I guess. XOXO Miss you bunches.
Oh, and about the refusing to form expectations thing. The flip side of that is that half the fun of anything is the anticipation. (For example, note how much excitement you're getting out of looking forward to your Jax visit) Don't underestimate that. I get the whole avoiding disappointment strategy, but sometimes it just makes things more blah than they should be. Take boys for example...half the time, the chasing them is way more fun because once you catch them you realize they weren't worth all the effort in the first place. So if you don't enjoy the chasing/anticipation, then you got zippo zilch out of the whole thing. Just my two cents.
