I feel like I'm back in law school... We have a potential claim that I'm trying to cut off at the pass and one of the issues might involve adverse possession, so I'm researching and writing a memo (basically an essay, if you will) on how the facts do/don't meet the elements of adverse possession

Continuous possession. Something about hostile, and open. . . and I think that's all I remember.
