[ooc: For reference's purposes: Jessamine and Isabelle. Also, both girls may be replying to any replies received as they see fit.]
[the Dreamberry opens up on a shot of the hallway of the Lightwood manor, shaking back and forth with silent footsteps, a sliver of the awkwardly angled shot cut off by the edge of her pocket. In fact, the only sound audible at that moment is a slightly distant muttering:]
I can't even believe she would do that. I mean, my boots are one thing, but this? This is so the last straw.
[It's clear from the voice - if you recognise it, at least - that it's a very angry Isabelle Lightwood storming down the halls and very much unaware of the video; she reaches a door, shoving it open to reveal a rather interesting sight: Jessamine having a very ladylike bubble bath, her back to the door. All along her pale skin are the same thin white lines as on Isabelle herself, visible to all. It only takes her a moment before she shrieks, turning slightly to confirm that Izzy has opened the door on her, and covers herself with both arms. Meanwhile, the very angry Isabelle continues into the room, still unseen by the camera, known only by her voice.]
I can't even believe you would do a thing like that! Seriously, it's a freaking parasol!
Why are you barging into the bathroom while I'm in here?! Get out!
Do you have any idea how long it took me to get my room that way? Are you the most vindictive person in the world, or what?
Can we have this conversation when I'm not in the bathtub?!
Um, no. We're having this conversation right now.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
Sure, you don't! By the Angel, now you're a liar too?
Oh, because a liar is worse than setting me up with some absolute stranger, am I correct?
I didn't actually set you up with anyone, for the record. Some guy asked, and I just told him 'hey, this girl I live with might be interested.' Just because I totally knew you wouldn't be doesn't mean a thing.
[Now well within the camera's sights and still trying to cover herself, it's clear that Jessamine is more than a little annoyed by this whole turn of events, glaring up at Isabelle while pointing a threatening finger at her.] You gave him the idea that I was more than interested. Pardon me for trying to defend myself!
Did not. I said to give you a call. And then I explicitly warned him that you would probably kill him. Seriously, you're just vindictive.
Vindictive isn't a ladylike quality. And neither is stealing my parasol, Isabelle.
[there's a brief pause before Izzy's tone changes for a more chipper one, even going so far as to hint at teasing.] Oh, so now you're admitting you're not actually a lady?
I never said that. [Jessamine's face promptly colours faintly, and she glances elsewhere. Meanwhile, Izzy continues to tease her.]
I think you did. Since you are clearly the definition of vindictive, and that clearly isn't a ladylike quality. Therefore, you aren't a lady.
[Jessamine looks away again, biting her lower lip while still attempting to maintain her modesty by covering herself. Not that it does any good, thanks to the video. After a moment, she calms, returning to her usual sing-song tone.] Redecorating is hardly vindictive. I'd say I was doing you a favour.
Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry - I had no idea it was actually your room! It's a wonder Alec never told me! [Izzy's voice drips with sarcasm, the Dreamberry shifting slightly at her hip as she nudges it, placing her hands akimbo off-screen. Meanwhile, the other girl rolls her eyes, still embarrassed at the entire situation.]
Can you please kindly remove yourself from the bathroom now?
I don't even get an apology? You take my boots, now my room, and now you're telling me to get out?
You stole my parasol and set me up with a complete stranger, then barge in on me while I'm in the bath! You don't deserve an apology!
I totally didn't set you up with anyone. You never even talked to the guy, did you?
[Jessamine is about to answer, pausing momentarily as she notices the blinking red light of the Dreamberry. Her voice continues to be the picture of pleasantry, though her cheeks flush brighter.] Isabelle. Is your Dreamberry on?
I don't know, Jessamine. It certainly wasn't when I walked in. [Izzy's tone is mocking as she pulls out her Dreamberry, offering the first glimpse of the Shadowhunter the entire time, looking rather annoyed. After a moment, realising that it really is filming, she smiles to herself, stifling laughter.]
Would you be a dear and turn. It. Off?
[Isabelle turns it back towards Jessamine, her grin evident in her voice.] Nah, I'm okay this way. I think it makes up for you wrecking my room.
[the last thing visible is a bar of soap flying towards the Dreamberry, the sound of Isabelle's laughter barely cut off as she ends the video.]
