Well, it didn't crash Firefox (which is normally what I'm using), but it did close IE on me when I tested it.

What's the purpose?

it is just funny. i wish i could have put it directly on the livejournal page so that anyone visiting with ie would crash.

I opened IE and no crash.

if you open it in ie6 it should crash immediately. if you open it with ie7 it will randomly crash at some point.

yea that's what happened to me. seemed to happen pretty much without fail while switching tabs.

and what makes it so great is the code that does it. it is just like 5 css tags and that is it.
