What the hell is up with Kansas?

Ok, yeah, it sounds stupid, because Kansas is more or less a nothing state. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against it, it just doesn't really....do anything. It's just Kansas. I think it was more of the fact that I was expecting people to be laughing at me, not at the joke.

life would not be the same without kansas.
you know why?
becuase then we can no longer say, "I don't think we're in kansas anymore..."
and where would we be without that? that's right. NOWHERE.
and where would dorothy be? NOWHERE.

and that is why kansas is important.
