I have GOT to start exercising. Anyone who's had a baby, particularly more than one will probably know about this. Your mummy tummy kind of folds over on your lower abdomen. Well, the fold of skin gets really itchy and uncomfortable. I had no idea how much weight I was keeping off last summer just by not having a  car. I was walking miles and miles ( Read more... )

I've bought a really nice second hands bike for £30 and every evening when all the kids are in bed I cycle around the block. When this stops killing me we will go out one day on our bikes. Cycling is great for cardio and for your legs but does nothing for your stomach so we have a sit up bar that fixes to the door, I plan to start doing that too.
