RP Post - Visiting Blaze

First Vesper met with Blaze in the Nexus and then a few days later met with Onyx. After speaking with Onyx, plans were made for Vesper to check up on Blaze at a later date to see if he could help in some way.

He waited for Onyx to contact him before heading over to see Blaze. Vesper wasn't sure what to expect.

Blaze was, when Vesper arrived, prowling irritably through the garden-floor of his tower. He had a few freshly-cut white roses twining in one hand -- heedless of the thorns -- and seemed to be studying the petals of one.

Judging from the ragged wildness of his hair, and the rumpled state of the pale plaid over jeans, he was being rather less than his usual meticulous self.

Spotting Blaze, Vesper padded over to Blaze. When he got closer, he slowed his pace and called out.

"Blaze! I hope you don't mind me coming by."

Blaze's appearance worried him and showed in his expression.

It seemed to take a moment or two before Blaze entirely registered Vesper's presence. His fingers tightened on the stems of the roses, even as his shoulders seemed to relax a little.

"No. No, I don't mind."

"I'm a bit surprised, mind you. Something I can do for you?"

"More like, is there something I can do for you?"

He came to a stop finally at a comfortable distance.

"Have you been getting enough rest lately?"
