RP Post - Christmas Eve

It was quite obvious to anyone who glanced or passed by Vesper that Vesper was in a very good mood. He was dressed in warm winter clothing, making his way through the few and thinning crowds in Central District of Reality Vanish as he headed home

While Vesper was gone, Midnight had fished out Vesper's white-and-silver-wrapped gift and tucked it next to a cushion. Then he padded about the apartment and lit some of the candles they had put up with the rest of the decorations.

When Vesper came through the door, Midnight was waiting.

"Oh. Looks nice."

Vesper slipped off his shoes and headed to Midnight. He held out the long box to him.

"Merry Christmas Eve."

Vesper's holiday wish echoed Midnight, who had opened his mouth to speak at virtually the same time; flushing faintly, he took the box and cradled it in one arm as he retrieved Vesper's gift and held it out with a smile.

"I thought this would be the best time to light them ... I'm glad you like it."

"Thank you." Vesper took the gift in hand and smiled brightly,

"You should definitely open that, now. Or at least soon."

Inside the box was a nice bouquet of flowers. Longer stemmed calla lilies, chocolate and white. Filler flowers were peach color to help tie in the white and dark brown.

"I do have one more little thing but that can be opened whenever."
