3) According to the Constitution, yes. According to my own personal beliefs, hell yes.

4) Constitution, yes; personal beliefs, yes.

5) Yes, because he abused the fact that his party was in power to pass laws directly contradicting the Constitution's balance-of-power policies, such as him going to war in Iraq without Congress officially declaring war.

7) Disagree. The system as it is now, where the Senate approves the president's choices for his cabinet, works well. Case in point: Harriet Meirs.

8) Absolutely not.

10) Um...no? Because he's not an educator, not educated on these policies, and doesn't know what the hell he's talking about?

What are you trying to find out with your survey? What is it for? It is hard to answer some of your questions in the way you ask them, because they sort of nullify themselves.

I'm sorry if I threw too much at you, I just wanted to help clarify some misconceptions. I'll shut up now, unless you need me to clarify something for you, which I would gladly do.
