More and more bots had been appearing at the Autobot Base and many of them seemed to know one another...except for Perceptor. Sure he recognized bots but none of them were the ones he had fought beside and worked with back in his universe. (He had run into Mirage but that was a brief meeting and he had yet to see the other since then.) It was especially saddening, in a way, watching his alternate self reunite with those he was close with and be left hoping that his companions, his teammates were safe should they be somewhere on the planet.
After a certain point, it just became to much and the ex-scientist decided to start looking under the guise of scouting for Decepticons.
It was that reason that found the sniper perched on a building not far from the base, Perceptor knelt down behind the small wall that lined the roof. His scanners were taking note of any and all spark signatures in the area, as well as any signs of the slugs that seemed to be plaguing the planet since they all arrived. Occasionally he'd catch movement only to discover it was merely an animal of some sort and he'd sink back down again, rifle resting across his lap.
Optics flickered slightly, in frustration most likely, as he absently traced his fingers along the barrel of his weapon, his processor wandering. He couldn't help but worry, even if he didn't know who was still out there. The Wreckers were all he had really and to not know if they were safe was maddening. His vents cycled softly, his frustration venting itself in the form of a noise now as he rocked forward and moved to stand, tucking his rifle under his arm, finger curled around the trigger just in case. Glancing around quickly the sniper made his decision and started to move on to the next building, staying as silent as possible as he continued on his journey to find some of his teammates.
