He could not recall when his systems stirred to life. Nor could he recall the events that lead him here. For all he knew, he had always been here. Watching as the planet made it's revolutions, turning without a sound. Waiting. With much annoyance, he found that he couldn't recall exactly why from his memory core either. He hissed to the new morning air that whipped around him, though not in anger; the cold from the elevation making the sting of the wind all the more pleasant to him. No, his attention and ire was focused below.
Iacon stretched out before him, as if a battle never happened there. As if he hadn't marched through the city with his soldiers so long ago, cutting through her streets and her protectors like a blade until she fell to pieces. No, she stood there proudly, silent and still like the wild crystal flowers that bloomed near Praxus. Untouched. Unbroken. Defiant to what he desired. And now, occupied.
The purple mech curled his lips in disgust to both, fangs gleaming for a mere moment in the soft light.
This simply would not do.
No, he would restore Iacon to her glorious demise. His wires tingled in excitement at the mere memory of it. How she was wrapped in flames like a bride; her tears the blood of her inhabitants, her mouth full of ashes and despair when she cried. He hungered to hear her wail again. Yes, she would be his again, battered and broken under his feet. As with the rest of this quiet planet, she would always be his. But first, there was the issue of her... new inhabitants. He raised his cannon, aiming for a building in the next sector, a shiver falling over his frame as it discharged. He was rewarded with a symphony of shattered glass and twisting metal as the top of his target began to fall, beheaded. A warning of what was to come and a call to any of his children that may have taken refuge in this sickening city of perfection.
Behold, flying from atop the tower into the shattered calm of the city was a mech, and his name that was given to him from the darkness that had came before was Galvatron, Lord and Leader of all Decepticons.
And Pit followed with him.
