[Miki is leaning against the front of her desk, on top of which is a 2x4 that she has rested her hand on. She smiles towards the students as they sit at their desks.]

"So it doesn't look like you have any projects to work on right now. Is their anything in particular that you would like

[Miki looks at Aaron, smiles, and cheerfully says,]

"Yes...?"

[The question hangs, looking for Aaron to give Miki a bit of help with his name.]

"Oh, I'm Aaron. I think we should do race cars since we're using wood. All we need are saws and files."

[Miki's smile widens as she walks towards Aaron. The 2x4 is no longer on her desk. One of her arms has dissappered behind her back.]

"Just files and saws? But the school has given us all these expensive and complicated machines to use! But maybe it is a good idea to start off with only files and saws."

[Shana raises her hand, sitting somewhere in the back]

[Miki acknowledges Shana with a smile.]

"And you...?"

"I think it might be wise to let us build at our own discretion, and see what we create. Perhaps you can devise some sort of contest for the most useful object."
