...I'd find this funny if it wasn't for the fact that this is probably how Cameron would go about sex. Including the part about having to override her own programming not to kill her partner afterwards. ^^UU

Poor Cammie, with her original imperatives and her post-Judgment Day reprogramming and her series-era glitches and self-reprogramming all jostling around inside her memory core, such a conflicted and confused little Terminator who could and would and will do whatever it takes to accomplish her mission(s), even as she starts influencing what that mission and those goals are.

Which is just a long way to say that Cameron's motivations and behavior made complete sense to me when I wrote it. ;-)
