Nice. The Solomons are very one of a kind. Like, literally. (Well, and Dennis Rodman, but August is unlikely to date him.)

I like that he was the best and the worst. I think he would be proud.

They so are. Try as they might they are not every "Tom, Dick and Harry".

He was both! I mean, August wasn't very easy to date. She's hard to please and won't tell anyone what she wants and she's not the sort of girl most guys wanted to date in the 90s. She was no Lorna, Cheryl, or Alissa. And she appreciates that he stood with her so long and cared about her. But he still took her to a date at a funeral home and hurt her feelings by flirting with other girls.

XD He is quite possibly her BFF though.

Hey, you had to dress up to go to that funeral home! ...yeah, even Tommy is embarrassed about that now. He wasn't as human back then as he is now.

Totally. I want my Solomons madder than hatters and randomly speaking in foreign languages.

August says tough luck, because she's still holding it against him.

Well! They talk about Elman anyways. Which amuses me.
