There's no feeling like having your heart pounding, sweat dripping down your face and body, and "Survivor" playing in your ear. Those are the moments I feel I could do anything, and that doesn't happen much.

Also, I ran 4 miles in 32:45 today. I'm pleased.

If only endorphin highs lasted a bit longer...

I have no idea how it feels to run 4 miles in 32 and change, LOL. I could never run that fast, that far. Though I do remember one day that I ran (outside) for nearly 2 hours straight. That was great, but it was also 10 minute miles or so, and I would only recommend it to women with the Girnius knees if you could do it on dirt. (Which I did - I used to run in this huge wooded park in Washington, DC.)

Ah, exercise...what memories!
