My poi arrived today :~)
My plan is in action... (fire ninja here I come)
I have been using the free lessons on home of poi, which is also where i bought them from. I have hit myself in the head, the legs, the neck and the ass several times. If only I were a skinny wee thing, with no protrusions... At least now I know where my headache is coming
