We made reservations at Tangierino for Tuesday night (Me, Joey, Daphne, and Mike). Yay! We were going to go to Domani, but I was not psyched about that at all and then read all kinds of bad reviews. No thanks

I couldn't resist. Did you see 'For Your Consideration'? When I saw the cookies I just thought of the movie poster in the film where the cast of 'Home for Purim's heads are in the cookies...ha ha ha
Those look really tasty! Can you recommend a place I can buy those? I used to go to the best deli in Phoenix called Goldman's and they had so much good stuff!! Any in Brookline? I am also looking for a place where I can get some good matzo ball soup.

This is what I recommend: Kupels for Hamantashen (On Harvard Street in Brookline, near Coolidge Corner) and the Butcherie for Chicken Soup, across the street from Kupels. It's a Kosher store, so they are bound to have good chicken soup. They have a prepared food section at one end of the store and they have quart containers of soup there, among other good things. The Butcherie may also have hamantashen.
Victoria and I saw For your Consideration together. While it wasn't a very good movie, I appreciated the attention given to Purim. It's a great holiday!

Have fun!
And enjoy Tangierino next week - that place is spectacular! And be sure to bring some $1's for the belly dancer!!!
