Thirteenth Awakening [Video]
[The jittery video opens to Riful looking... surprisingly neutral, for anyone who's gotten accustomed to her being all smile-y and friendly. In fact, she's kind of zoning out, eyes unfocused and face set in concentration. It doesn't look like she even realizes the communicator is on, until she blinks and glances down. Smiles, but it looks strangely insincere (for Riful), and doesn't quite reach her eyes]
Goodness, but the city's gotten noisy of late. And all we had to do was leave~ do you think that was it?
[That smile... is widening. It now looks very sincere-- and more than a bit frightening until she looks away. And now her voice is purring, syrupy sweet and whimsical, almost a sing-song.]
Someone is tampering and that is really quite unacceptable! I've only ever felt like this once before, and I would really prefer to not repeat the experience. Even if... ah. [A pause, as the feed quivers-- her hands are shaking, and Riful is glancing back with an odd light in her eyes. ] Too bad... I thought I'd outgrown this years ago....
[And the communicator is falling away, as she drops it in favor of drawing her sword-- lunging forward, and smiling brightly all the while.]
[ooc: Riful's been edgy and feeling effects of the chip all day, but only ended up snapping now. Responses may be slow, or entirely nonexistent-- she's fighting now.
Also for commentlogs from Reno's crew, if anyone wants to rough up/be roughed up by Riful! She is extremely good with a sword, vicious, and fast-- however, she's still a little girl and subject to all those shitty limitations. Please don't be killing/permanently incapacitating her! Given a little time and restraint and TLC, she'll calm right back down. Being a monster can come in handy~ \o/]
