(ooc: Most of the hellhounds should be gone, there might be a few stragglers. Also, please consider this my formal apology for springing a plot like this without too much forewarning. I apologize and it won't happen again. IC-wise, Sam thinks Dean's been dragged back to Hell and for that reason isn't asking Kurt to bring him back.)
