[Vamp is in lying on a bed in the fourth floor infirmary, bored. It's been about a day since he fought Raiden and came out on the losing side, and already he just wants to get out of there. The morphine has started to wear off again, but he's decided he doesn't want to depend on narcotics so he's going to tough out the pain now

[After her own confrontation with Mantis, Rose was on her way to the infirmary to restock on some bandages and medicine, since they had used the last of it recently. And in a house like that, bandages were a necessity to have on hand.]

[She doesn't spot Vamp in the infirmary right away, too busy running through the list in her head of what she needed to get, standing up on her toes to try and reach the bandages on the top shelf.]

[The sound of someone entering the infirmary quickly catches his attention, but he relaxes when he sees it's just Rose and not an enemy.]

[And then he realizes this might be his chance to entertain himself at least a little.]

[She jumps a little bit at the voice, practically dropping the box of bandages to the floor- she hadn't even realized someone else was in there. She spun around towards the voice, but she already knew that it was-]

...Vamp?

[She looked genuinely surprised to see him all bandaged and laying on one of the infirmary beds.]

What brings you here this... day?

[He arches an eyebrow- bandages? And were those bruises on her neck?]
