Overall experience: Great. Kept me posted on progress of order, & goods are gorgeous.
Communication: Excellent. PMed me before she actually posted the goods to make sure that the paypal address was where I wanted the stuff sent to (which was just as well as the paperwork for the house move I was about to do was processed faster than expected so my address had changed). Was great about holding on to the stuff for a few more days until I'd moved (I had a superstitious weirdness about giving out my address before I'd collected the keys.
Accuracy of item description: N/A (lucky dip)
Shipping method: Securely tucked inside a bag, wrapped in bubblewrap, inside a padded envelope. Tracking number was provided (English version of tracking website wasn't working, but that wasn't the seller's fault, & that's what Babelfish is for).
I recently bought a *grimoire necklace*, and it's amazing! It look so real, it's exactly what I asked for. I was just a little surprise by the size, I didn't know it was so tiny! But it's better in this size. Communication: 5/5 Shipping method: 5/5
