I was offered a job up in Belton, missouri (if that's how you spell it) which would mean a two hour drive once a week, but ten extra hours and thusly an extra one hundred and forty dollars per paycheck. Yeah you have to try to find a balance as a manager at a crappy job to get crappy people to listen to you. :(

Yeah, they do it all the time. I even made a seperate jar and clearly labelled it "take a penny, leave a penny" and put it right next to it and they were still like, "hey look, here's a dollar bill so that I can pay for my pizza! All right!"

So...why not just tell them no? I mean, just say that it is the tip jar and they can't have any. The type of guy who would do that isn't going to leave a tip anyway, so you don't have to worry about insulting them. *shrug*
