So, it kind of bugged me that in a story about June and her past (wherein she was an active part in Byron and Ford's games) she was pretty much passive while Neal 'rescued' her. So I wrote a coda.

This is *perfect*, brilliant, and I love that it *sounds* like June. It's melancholy and lovely.

It also makes me want an outsider-perspective June-and-probably-Mozzie-but-El-would-be-great-too episode more than ever.

Thank you so much! I couldn't make her more active without re-writing the ep, but I really needed to deal with the passivity. Good to know I hit it right!

TV fandoms seem to make me write codas. I'm not sure whether it's that you get new canon, or whether you can focus on the details because you only get a wee burst of canon at a time?
