TMJ and Marathons

I think that I have TMJ, or a problem with my TMJ or however you are supposed to describe when it really hurts to chew or even clench your teeth because of your jaw. I looked it up online, and it said that can be the result of posture or looking at a computer all day or clenching your teeth subconsciously. Whatever, it hurts. i am totally broke right now (what else is new??) but yesterday i went to bn to pick up some books. i wasnt planning on buying ultramarathon man, but i picked it up, opened it to a random page and started reading, and whaddaya know? two sentences in, and BAM! i started crying. not like sad crying, but like moved and inspired crying. so of course, i had to buy it.

i am pretty sure after i read this disney world marathon, here i come.

I would seriously get the TMJ thing looked at. The years I spent working for a dentist I saw some crazy stuff linked to it. Most common is lock jaw. You could have someone Chew the good and plenty's for you, or puree them. Ewww.
