What do you do when you can't tell whether you're bored or not?

It's rather a blah day. I got off work 5 hours ago, and really haven't accomplished anything. Sometimes it's great to not do anything and just take naps throughout the day, but then other times inactivity is accompanied by guilt at being lazy, etc. Today I feel neither satisfied nor guilt-ridden, so I'm a bit lost as to whether I should do some

Vaccuum the floors.
Take the garbage out.
Wash the shit stains out of Seth's underwear.
Bitch at Seth cause he needs to mow the lawn.
Feed the animals.
Brush the animals.
