Looks like we were due for a long entry.

Thanks, fuckers, for answering my question with such eagerness. I looked up the flag-desecration laws and what-not and I was right, burning flags is entirely legal. Not that it really matters. On that note

So we started in my room, looking for things to burn. And conveniently, I have a bunch of American flags lying around. Mind you this is right after we'd seen this buddhist sort of zen movie from Bhutan and were being cultured and what-not.

Rachel being patriotic. Wave those flags real high, Rachel!

I didn't have much Euro left over to burn, but we did find some. In honor of having completed our AP tests, it seemed appropriate. Plus....more things to burn.

This time we were responsible: we did the burning in the middle of the street instead of in the middle of my room, which we almost set on fire.

Anticipation...

the burning of flag 1:

And then Rachel got her turn:

And then we wanted a little revenge on AP Euro. If Dr. Parker saw this, he would cry.

A small stack of papers, but its the symbolism we're after, the symbolism.

It started small...

But became quite large in no time!

Oooh...purple. / Easily amused.

And that's what happens when you fuck with bored teenage girls. Also shows what Euro has done to my brain of late.

So there you have it. It's always nice to burn things. Especially in the dark and the middle of the street. I bet now I get blacklisted or something. Oh no, a flag-burning terrorist. What a nice country.

So pictures are fun to look at. Tonight I missed Caribou. I'm kind of pissed. And deerhoof is on monday, which I'm also missing. And my ipod froze when I was running. And I think I won't be here for do make say think. And this all angers me quite a lot, I tell you, quite a lot. I haven't been to a show in awhile. Enough complaining, people don't even comment as is. I am somewhat tired. Goodnight then.
