A: The other day, I went out for a meal with both of my parents, my parents were pleased…. So I felt happy to have given an award to my parents.
Q: (Tell us about) a time that you felt like you did something extravagant/luxurious.
A: One day, work ended an hour early, I strolled along
Omotesando by myself, skillfully using that hour felt like a luxury.
Q: When it’s time to go to sleep, what must you do?
A: First of all, ① I turn off all of the lights so that my room is pitch-black.
② It must be completely quiet
③ I’ll get into bed and sleep on my right hand side.
Without these three conditions, I won’t sleep
Although, yesterday I was (so) tired that when I realized it was morning and I was face up with music playing.
Q: Do you believe in fortune-telling/divination?
A: I absolutely don’t believe.
Q: What’s the knack/technique for getting up early in the morning?
A: I’m terrible with mornings, so rather, if there’s a technique for it, I’d like to know.
Q: By the way, are you poor at using things like machines?
A: I’m weak with computers, although, I’m good at hooking up (wiring) electrical appliances. When I was doing Ryuusei no Kizuna, Nino (Kazunari) kun spent a day (trying) to hook up like a
terrestrial digital TV, when I finally had a look at it, it looked like an
analog TV. I finished in about 30 minutes. (with a triumphant look)
Q: Is/Are there any fitness routine/ heath tips that’s on your mind?
A: There’s nothing that I’ve done all my life, but, the effectiveness of innyou ryouhou [1] has been on my mind.
[1] Not sure if I’ve romanized that correctly, but, in case you’re wondering
it’s drinking your own urine.Highly debated in regard to whether or not this works.
Q: At the times you’re away from now, like on tour, etc, is there any thing or food you crave?
A: Not really. I always take my guitar. And I take my computer for those times when I need it.
Q: Which is your favourite country?
A: That’s absolutely Japan!
Q: (Please) recommend a movie, book or television (show)
A: “Taxi driver” and the Korean movie “Oasis”.

Q: Have you pulled off a prank / practical joke recently?
A: Writer-san’s tape recorder in (his) cup ramen and decorated it with shrimp. (laugh)
Q: Tell us about your recent triumphed at cooking!
A:
Tamagoyaki.. Recently, I’ve tried putting in different things, like
mentaiko and
nattou. I want to develop an original menu!
Q: At what age did you become conscious of Valentine's day and White day?
A: (I didn’t know) until elementary school, I can remember in year 4, my classmate gave me sweets.
Q: When being confessed to, what sorts of lines are good?
A: “I like you ♪” is good, I guess, but basically, I’d prefer to confess myself.
Q: What are your favourite sweets [2]?
A: The barbeque flavoured potato type. And though it's not really a snack, plum and nori, and nori stalk. [3]
[2] Okashi could mean snack too, but, it usually means sweet.

Q: Is there any person you’re into?
A: Definitely Saitou Kazuyoshi-san.
Steadily I got to like him, I want to go to another live!!
Q: When you like a person, do the people around you soon find out?
A: I can’t look the person in the eye, there has been a lot of times when I was found out. Well if you like the person, it can’t be helped!
Q: Within NEWS, honestly speaking, who can you say, “This definitely is the most popular [4] person”
A: Umm, that depends on the girl’s type ne. Although, if I’m seriously (going to try), girls all over the world fall for self-confidence.
Yet, I can't try seriously because I know my own merits so I don't stand a chance. (laugh) [5]

[5] I know what I mean, but, you get what I mean.
Q: Right now, is there anything you’ve been secretly contemplating/ reflecting on?
A: At the times when I'm being interviewed, no matter what, I can't relax. That's what I'm contemplating.
Q: What’s your favourite café?
A: I’m not really into going to cafés. In this season, when it’s cold, any café that’s open is fine.
