Or, even though I'm kinda far away, I think I'm still considered a suburb of Philadelphia, so if you look around NorthEast Philly, it would include Morrisville area.
Thank you, that is my hope as well. I will try to call today to negotiate. I have to be smart with my words and forceful, yet not demanding. I don't have a good feeling about this...
If your complex is independently owned, your landlord may be able to give you some leeway. If the complex is part of a big corporate system, then perhaps not.
I spoke to the landlord today and he is okay with it, but unfortunately he is not in charge. He has to clear it with the owners. From what I remember, it's a family-owned complex since the 70s. We'll see...
