Stevo, buddy ol pal. Your opinion is very important to me. Because you are the Anarchist God and your opinion is the end all. If anything jumps around like a pinball it's 16 year olds with college guys. Baa-ZING!! Atkins is fucking EVERYwhere. Sick of it because i honestly haven't seen much of a difference with anyone who does Atkins. So many restaurants have it on menus it is taking over. It makes me pissy poo to see so many people obsessed. And fuck it. How can you have a decent hamburger without a BUN?? Unnatural. Smaller portions. The answer is not to gorge yourself with bacon. I haven't researched it. I don't care. I hate it. I am prejudiced. And the act of putting words down in black and white is probably more like "write" rather than "right"... hippie queer.

...to inform you on the atkins diet because my father has been trial and erroring it forever now (he also does areobic excercize every day) .... adults from my old work lost a lot of weight from it...it is healthy (lowers colesterol/blood pressure levels) and effective if you cut out allmost all carbohydrates but it is VERY DIFFICULT to do, ....because if you burn the carbs fast then calories get burned up right away (no fruit, bread, gain, sugar etc) ....if u pack on both calories and more than 15-30 carbs u gain wieght ten fold....and then going back to normal eating you can gain it all back......almost nothing is "carb free" ....there are things that these new products that are low in "net carbs" wich meens that the un-net-carbs are from fiber/protein and so are more like laxitives and cannot be digested....the bread is spongey and gross.....some low-carb things contain artificial sweeteners (aspertame+ sucralose) that could cause 'cancer' =P....loosing wieght on any diet is very hard and so i would not bash people who suffer
