I know that feeling all too well. A good place to find that kind of work is a temp service. Sign up with several temp services and call them at least once a week, eventually you will have something. And the best part about these shit jobs is on your resume, you have a perfect excuse why you left.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure if there are any temp agencies in the area, without having to go down to Dallas. Which is a long drive and probably not worth it. But i'll make sure to check into it.

Be careful with agencies. They will find you shit work very easily, but there are several caveats worth mentioning ( ... )
