i have the reinstallation disc that came with my computer when i bought it... would that work? although i probably wouldn't be able to make it to the post office until thursday...

First, limewire is full of spyware, second almost everything you download of limeware is full of virii and/or other malware... third I did suggest a better solution.

You don't want xp64... it has LOTS of issues, especially with programs

If you can download it and burn it... then go download http://www.bittornado.com/

then pick a torrent

XP64 has TONS of issues so not many people seed it... everyone I know that has installed it has been plagued by issue after issue untill they went back to 32.

Just to think of a few...

these things will NOT WORK with 64... Norton Anti-Virus

nVidia Forceware drivers on GeForce3 video cards
3Dlabs VP-series video cards - no driver planned
Creative Labs Audigy 4 Pro/Audigy/ - no driver yet

It is a bitch to install it in a raid confiruation... it hates some sata drives... Even Adobe Acrobat and WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER have SEVERE issues with xp64. And sure, a good deal of 32x apps will run on xp64... however they actually run SLOWER than they would on a 32x OS.

This is why so many peple think Vista is going to be an awful flop. *nods*
