I will be staying the night in Salt Lake City next Thursday and Friday and I can't find anything fun (i.e. Non-Mormon) to do through internet searches... any exciting nightlife stuff you can tell me about?? I would really appreciate any help!

There's really a lot to do downtown, there's a lot of shopping, a lot of food, a lot of clubs... you'll see.

Well, there's a Utah Grizzlies hockey game at the E center against Phoenix Coyotes !! I go to 15-20 a year.

The tickets are cheap, you can SNEAK in liqour (because they compensate for cheap tickets with pricey beer) and for the cost of a large soda 4$, you can have whiskey and coke all night. The games really are fun whether your a hockey fan or not, there are tons of give aways and the team is playing pretty well right now. And of course, there is always a chance for a fight or two which really gets the crowd going. Add to that some good restraunts and bars across the street and its a pretty good night out.

thursday night, dance evolution at a club called the trapp door (gay bar with a straight night, go figure) anywho, we play alittle bit of just about everything you want, along with cheap drinks and a vip lounge to chill in if you are sick of the dance floor
