Ha! I found you. And it seems we share the same tendency toward negativity when dealing with frustration.

Also, LiveJournal is here to give us a third perspective beyond friends and family in the Real World. So, whenever we are feeling like no one will understand or believe us, there is always this place and it's people who have no emotional bearing on the situation at hand. Find comfort in that and utilize it more often.
