Microsoft forgot it. Poland has been missing from the Windows timezone selector for ten years now. The map there is a screen capture.

Yeah, I recognized the screen capture--sirlightblade brought it to my attention a few weeks ago and I'm still pained :-) Maybe Vista will be better, but I'm not holding my breath.
