I'm getting hand cramp from drawing with Gimp and a built-in mouse on my laptop.

Any recommendations for a reasonable tablet/software package?

I have this bad boy right here for the tablet part. Relatively cheap and does what I need it to do.

For the most part I use Gimp when I'm doing the digital arts, but I did try out a program called Paint Tools SAI that I liked a lot.
