My friend sent me manual pics because she couldn't find a kanji in the line:
"Let's make this year cheerful, enjoyable and filled with smiles".
In the pics I have the line was written like this: 明るく、楽しく、笑顔が溢れる年にしましょう.
But in her pics there was a kanji similar to this 塧, only with the left part of this one 溢. They look similar. So I assume the typo was corrected.
