Don't give up on the job search. I know it's hard in your situation, but be persistant. And I can't really do much about the last, but I wish you'd stop feeling guilty. I think you're more mad at yourself than I am. I suppose that's driving you insane, isn't it?

(ooc: I'm going to ask ooc-ly so Renji doesn't sound stupid. What exactly does the new moon have to do with this?)
