I don't actually use spells, but I meditate, put a lot of positive intent out there about my health improving, use visualization (I have lupus, so I imagine my immune system like a healthy tree instead of one that's kind of ...off. I mentally cut off the overactive parts, replace them with healthy branches, and do the same with the underactive parts, and take care of the tree every time I meditate, which is most days) and I spend a lot of time doing affirmations and trying to think positively, too. It actually does help. I can get over colds and things in about the same length of time a person with a normal immune system would, versus being sicker longer.
I am new, however; I'm sure others will have spells. In fact, this is my first comment here.
I'm just glad I could help! I mean, I'm new to the wonderful world of witches, too, sort of (I was in a relationship with a really nasty guy when most people start thinking about spirituality, so I'm a bit ...late. But an uncontrolled witch with PTSD running around wouldn't have been cool, right?) so, I'm really thrilled that this helps. I know we've all got unique gifts; I come from a long line of healers. Healing myself is the hardest part, but I'm getting there. I also follow my doctor's advice and take my meds, of course, but she's big into supplements and body wisdom, so I lucked out there.

And asked of the God and Goddess to help me Heal, and to take away the sickness i was feeling and to purify my body back to it's healthy form. and while i stood in the shower, I envisioned the Sickness being let out of my body, and down into the water, and down the drain, idk, for me i started to actually Feel like it was being pulled out of my body. After the shower, i thanked the God and Goddess For their help, and asked to continue to get better. At the time i had a cough that was literally uncontrollable, and i was having difficulty breathing and was so fatigued i didn't want to walk more then 5 feet; i found out later a fellow employee who had the very Same symptoms that i did was diagnosed with whooping cough, and had brought it with them to work.. 4 other people ended up with it as well. But within 2 days, i was back to normal.. No cough, no fatigue; i was my normal entergic self. I'm not sure if this will help. But it might be
