so far only flickr has a "blog-from-pic" function that's pretty easy to use. (but that one-click function is limited to one pic. for subsequent pics in a post, you have to manually copy-n-paste the given html text.

picasa has "link to this photo"/"embed image" quick c/p links on the right hand side of the photo page.

Google+ allows you to link stuff from Picasa (oops, sorry it's Google Photos now) easily. Just sayin'
